For the purpose of ensuring a fair comparison between the normal value and the export price, due allowance in the form of adjustments was made for differences affecting prices and price comparability in accordance with Article 2(10) of the basic Regulation, including adjustments for freight in the exporting country, ocean freight, handling, packaging, credit costs and bank charges.
